The Real Estate House Academy – Be-Niched Division is extremely excited to announce that we are now accepting proposals for our next Teach at the Beach conference on September 6 – 9, 2023 in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Do you have best practices to share with the Real Estate Investor Community? Do you have expert knowledge in a niche in real estate investing, technology or related field? Can you captivate a crowd?

We are looking for a few great professionals to join us and present to our audience – become a presenter at Teach at the Beach for our 6th Annual conference dedicated to the investor community. After 5 years of attendance growth, we are ready to jump into 2023’s conference with More Choices, More Options and More Opportunities.

This year’s focus:

  • Legacy Building 

  • Diversifying Portfolios

 

Conference goals: This year we aim to attract 250 business owners, investors and their families to San Juan, Puerto Rico.

 

Selection Process: All applications need to be submitted by June 1, 2023.
