During the full class, we dive deep into the world of employer-assisted housing, showing employers the ropes on three awesome EAH benefit options:
Homebuyer & Homeownership Education: We, the fabulous REALTORS®, strut into workplaces to host homebuyer and homeownership workshops. Partnering up with non-profits or lenders, we enlighten employees on the home-buying process. It’s like giving them a treasure map to new homeownership opportunities!
One-on-One Counseling: We play matchmaker with local housing non-profits, setting up cozy counseling sessions for employees. Think of it as relationship counseling but for home buying!
Financial Assistance: We sit down with employers, sipping coffee and discussing financial assistance options. Grants, loans, matching savings – you name it! We help employers become the fairy…
